To complete the fax setup you must have Admin privileges.

 

Setup steps for faxing:

 

□Decide if you want to port your existing fax number or use a new number.

□If porting, complete the Port Your Fax Number process.

□As an alternative, you can use Fax Call Forwarding instead of porting or getting a new number.

□Define Fax Coversheet

□Map Greenway users to Updox users to enable the single sign-on feature.
