December 16, 2016
•User and Patient Audit History - this new viewer shows a history of actions related to patients and to Updox user accounts
•Patient Portal Patient History Audit Log - this new viewer shows a history of actions that occurred in the Patient Portal
•Send Pages - when selecting multiple pages from multiple items to send out, the order of those pages has been updated to group by item then by the date the item was received

•Move to Inbox - the new Move to Inbox feature lets you move items in the Archive and Delete folders back to the Inbox
•Users - users are now listed alphabetically in the user management folder (users with admin privileges are listed first)
•Practice Settings - a new practice-wide setting lets you change the format of downloaded files to TIFF instead of PDF
•Blast - when sending a Blast message to a pre-defined list an option there's a new option to automatically repeat that message on a scheduled basis (weekly or monthly)
•Blast Configuration - the new Schedules tab lists the Blast messages set to repeat and lets you cancel the schedule

•Reminders - configuration option added to prevent reminders from being sent by an alternate method when a patient's contact information for their preferred method is missing

•Credit Card Expiration Email - the email notifying you when your credit card is about to expire has been updated
•Credit Card Expired Alert - a new message has been added to the login screen when the account holder's credit card has expired
•Reactivate Accounts with Expired Credit Card - you can now reactivate your account without calling Support when your account has closed due to an expired credit card
•Passwords - to protect your account, if you haven't logged in for over a year your password will automatically be reset (you can reset to one you know by clicking Forgot Password)
•MicroMD - a custom function has been added to the MicroMD implementation to define multiple practice locations
•MicroMD - the Manage Forms function has been customized to enable a Patient Portal form to be limited to specific locations
•MicroMD - the Patient Broadcast function has been customized to send messages to patients by location
•MicroMD - a custom function has been added to the MicroMD implementation to specify the URL to a payment processing application

•Password Requirements - to help keep your data secure your passwords need to meet minimum complexity requirements; if a user's password isn't secure enough they will be prompted to change it
•Address Book - two new fields were added to the Address Book for Prefix and Suffix
•System Folder Management - new function that lets you redirect system-generated messages to the System folder instead of the Inbox folder
•Download PDF - a Download PDF button has been added to the menu bar to enable you to include multiple items and/or multiple attachments in a single PDF file
•Print/Upload to Compose Window - when printing or uploading documents to Updox you can set your Profile setting to automatically open the Compose window so you can immediately transmit the document
•MU Measures Reporting - the Secure messaging measure calculation varies depending if the reporting year is before 2015, 2015, or after 2015
•MU Measures Reporting - beginning in 2015 the start and end date in the reporting period range must be in the same calendar year (since some calculations vary depending on the year)
