Send a Patient Portal Broadcast Message

Location: Tools

To send a broadcast message to all patients with a portal account.

1.Click MENU > Tools > Patient Broadcast.

2.Select the Send From (practice or myself).

3.Enter a Subject.

4.Enter the Message.

5.Click Send.
