Locations CSV File Format

To use the Updox Standard Upload for office location information, the CSV file must contain the following columns (use the exact column name and column order).  It's OK if some fields are blank but the column must still be present.

•Code

•Active

•Address 1

•Address 2

•City

•State

•Country

•Zip

•Phone

•Fax

•Email
