If an item in the Workspace has a patient's record (CCD) attached (.xml format), you can import the CCD into the EHR by using the Import to EHR button within the message. If the message has other files attached in addition to a CCD and your EHR supports the file type (e.g. pdf, txt), you can import those files as well.
To import the file(s):
1.In the Workspace, expand the item with a CCD attached.
2.Click the Import to EHR button.
