MicroMD Send Broadcast Message to Patient Portal

The MicroMD implementation enables providers to send a broadcast message to patients based on location.

To send a message:

1.Go to Tools > Patient Broadcast.

2.In the Send Form box, select Practice.

3.In the Subject box, enter a title for the message.

4.In the Locations section, select one or more locations.

5.In the Message box, enter the message text.

6.Click SEND.
