This section contains articles specific to the Mohegan implementation which customizes the secure messaging functionality to meet their unique communication needs. The customization includes the ability to:

Divide the Inbox between separate departments within the Mohegan Government

Assign users to specific governmental departments

Create sub-categories of Patient Portal users to control access to the Mohegan departments

Assign specific department users to groupings of Patient Portal Users, dependent on the first letters of the Patient Portal Users’ last names

Route messages from Patient Portal users to their selected default user in the specific governmental departments

Route forms from Patient Portal users to their selected default user in the specific governmental departments

Assign substitute users when the primary user is absent (e.g. vacation, leave) for receiving messages and forms from the Patient Portal
