Re-inviting Non-participating Patients to the Patient Portal

To help promote patient usage of the Patient Portal you can automatically resend portal invitations to all patients who have been previously invited but have not logged in at least once.
To turn on this feature:
1.Go to Admin > Patient Portal.
2.Click Portal Accounts tab.
3.Uncheck the box: Opt out of automatically re-inviting patients to the patient portal.
4.Select the Amount of days before re-inviting (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).
5.Click Save.
