Patient Payments

 

Patient Payments is an add-on feature that lets you process credit card payments from a patient either in the office or via the patient portal . There are three convenient methods to make a payment:

1.Swipe & Pay

2.Make a Payment

3.Create a Custom Payment Plan

 

Swipe & Pay

Uses a secure card reader to scan a credit card and make a payment for an office charge. The amount is entered at the time of payment.

 

Make a Payment

Offers the same features as Swipe & Pay plus you can manually enter a card and purchase products, services and/or memberships.

 

Custom Payment Plan

Lets you set up a payment plan for a patient and spread the payments over a specified number of months.
