Use Recent List to Select Patient

A quick way to find the contact info for a patient that you recently communicated with is to select them from the Recent list. The list contains the last 10 patients you contacted. When you sign off the list is cleared and starts over the next time you sign in.

To turn on the feature:

1.Click MENU > Profile.

2.Click Settings.

3.Check Show recently searched for patients in Compose window address search.

4.Click Save.

To use the feature:

1.Click COMPOSE.

2.Enter a patient's name (or partial name).

3.Select the patient from the Recent list.

4.Continue with the Compose process.
