Using Multi-Select

Location: Workspace

The check box column in the Workspace lets you perform the same action on multiple items at the same time.  

To use this feature:

1.Check the items individually or hold down the <Shfit> key to select a range of items.

2.At the top of the screen select an action: Mark Read, Mark Unread, Archive, or Delete.

3.When finished, click Clear Section to close the action bar.
