Re-inviting a Patient to the Patient Portal

Re-Invite Patient to the Patient Portal

To resend the Patient Portal invitation email to a patient:

1.Go to Address Book.

2.Enter patient's name in the Search box.

3.Select the patient from the search results list.

4.Click Patient Portal tab.

5.Click RE-INVITE. (If the RE-INVITE button isn't present verify the patient's email address is on file.)
