Sign an Attachment

Location: Workspace

 

You must first define your signature in your user profile.  

 

To add your signature to an attachment on an item:

1.In the Workspace, click the item.

2.Click the attachment to sign.

3.Click the following signature tool:

4.Click on the spot in the document to place your signature.

5.To resize or move the signature, click the edge then drag.

6.To save the document with your signature, click Save.

7.To discard the changes, click Cancel.
