Using Queues

Queues are like file folders; they provide a way to organize items in your Workspace, help you manage workflows, and enable you to share access with multiple users.   You can also filter by queues if you have access to more than one.

 

To send an item to a queue:

1.Click on an item in the Workspace.

2.Click the Send Item button.

3.Enter the name of the queue in the Search box.

4.In the Search results window click on the queue then click OK.

5.Optionally, you can enter a Subject and/or Notes to send with the item.

6.Click Send.
